pot roast!

Tim made an amazing discovery at the grocery store last night. He saw some meat that looked like the beef we used to use to make pot roast. So we tried it in the crockpot, cooked it overnight, and it was pretty good!

We eat hardly any beef here, only chicken and pork. So this was a huge surprise. Not sure if it's a side benefit of being in Tallinn or what.

It was really nice to get home from the corps a little after 1:00 to have a nice meal waiting for us!

And it was nice to have a taste of home.
