I encourage you to drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of your weight. So, someone weighing 150 pounds would need to drink 75 ounces of water per day.

Some people shoot for eight 8-ounce glasses of water.

I'm personally going for 2 liters.

Caution, it's not good to drink more than 3/4 ounce of water/fluids for every pound of your weight. Too much water is not a good thing either!

Hi Capt,

thanks for the water teaching. I used to drink a gallon but now I try to drink less than 1/3 gallon.
